The more I see, the more I fall. How to control my thoughts?! I do my best to remain aware I am falling, not to identify with the fall, to witness it, but not to relate to it. I am just witnessing the feeling of a fall, I am not attached to it, I am not the feeling, the feeling just passes through me, and eventually, it will pass. Maybe I just think I’m falling, because I’m not able to see the whole picture, then I remember it, deep down I know, the deeper I’m going to fall, the bigger crash must follow. We have to accept the ups and downs as part of the normal, the line of the heartbeat to keep us alive must move up and down, if it is flat, life itself would stop. No! I did not want to want to search for similarities between geopolitics and the world, I changed my mind. People! So many different people, so many beautiful, diverse souls! Differences! Each is beautiful and special in its own way and yet part of the whole. No, I do not speak, I sing, emotions translated through words. The more differences, the more enrichment. Emotions will never be logical and they will always shape the outcome.

You cannot do evil and hope for the good. In order to recognize another’s worth, we should have our own value. The farthest from happiness are those who study wisdom. Although there are many who are more mad than wise, there is more madness in the wise man himself.

“I am a human being and nothing human is foreign to me.”

The human value is in the mind. Anyone can be a great person, because anyone can be useful. You do not have to have a degree to be useful. You do not have to express yourself properly to be useful. You just have to have a good heart and a soul full of love. That is the real treasure. There are people who get nothing from wealth, except the fear of losing it.

“What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are nothing compared to what lies within us.”

Mercy is in the heart of man, and righteousness is the way to it. Pity the man who lost his way, pity the man who lost his heart and does not know how to get it back. The principle of self-improvement consists only in finding the way back to the heart. Do not worry as the world does not know about your abilities, but worry if you do not know your abilities. Something that has a great value of its own and is too guarded, will be wasted. What we respect the most and what we are most afraid of, is in our body. Creation and acceptance are shown as representatives of the two basic opposing forces. The aim is to explain that matter is a product of energy. Light and darkness are also energies. Matter makes the shape, the body of all things in heaven and earth, but it is the energy that holds the direction and keeps the matter in motion. And all of this together brings harmonious behavior, serves to regulate customs and traditions, leads to self-knowledge, creates unity of character, helps in what is useful, teaches how to reduce anger or resentment, causes the perception of what is right, and allows them to take into account exceptional circumstances.

But sometimes a person sees himself faced with boundaries that he cannot seem to push, only if he sees them for what they really are. Recognizing the fate of things through this method and through their understanding, man ceases to hate suffering, for there is no use in opposing fate. Through this reduction of hatred, the character is refined and progresses to a higher level. Acceptance is the most obedient of all things, and its nature is always expressed through simplicity so that it can overcome what hinders it and push the boundaries.

This implies that falling isn’t who you are; it’s a state you’ve unintentionally entered, and as a result, you’re having related thoughts, ideas, and experiences. Uncertainty regarding your desires might lead to failure. Uncertainty about your desires might lead you deeper into this trap, where you will be trapped for a long time. Take a step back and acknowledge that you are the one who created this, and make a cut in the sense that you no longer desire it. Then you should set a clear goal for what you truly desire! Your life will wander towards the same experiences if you don’t have a clear goal until your muddled brain surrenders the sense of helplessness and convinces yourself that you must accept this reality and who you have become. It’s a good idea to de-indentify from that condition. Then you may adjust your focus and start living the life you want. There are various ways to reclaim your mind, but this has been my personal favorite.
